thegreatergood Hello Ryan. I was saddened to read your 1⭐️rating and comments. I'm so sorry you were unhappy. I feel as if I provide a very high level of service and consigned product. I always give the measurements of Men's Hiking/Work boots, provide clear photos, meticulously wrap and ship immediately. I am a cancer patient that sells online to benefit local cancer patient service nonprofits. I work to the point of exhaustion in an effort to make my poshers day.

thegreatergood The woman that consigned your pair did so explaining that her husband always wore a size 9. They were only worn once due to him losing his battle. Please let me know if there is another item in my Men's area (today or in the future) that you are interested in and I will send it to you. On a side note-I'm sure you checked but I sometimes stuff the tips of the boots with tissue.

thegreatergood Please know I would never have intentionally tried to sell you a shoe that was a 9 but fit like an 8. Vasque typically runs TTS. I don't understand what went wrong. Bad ratings devastate me personally as I care more than you know, hurt my search rank, slow sales and lessen what I am able to donate. Please accept my apologies.

rmnisbet @thegreatergood I tried to send a message about trying to resend them but posh said if the boots came I as described and were the size stated I was out of luck for refunding or working something out. I have a couple of pair of boots and tennis shoes of vasques and none of the 9’s fit that small. I just feel it should have been stated that thy are a nine but fit like a small 8. That’s why I rated them that way.

thegreatergood @rmnisbet Thank you for your response. I did not know that Posh responded to you in that way. It helps to reach out to Posh sellers first to let us know if there is a problem. Often times we are able to resolve the problem. I have never had this come up in the past.

thegreatergood @rmnisbet I'm so sorry! I would not have had any knowledge other than my consignment client saying her husband always wore a 9 and they were labeled a 9.
