I am very disappointed in your 2star review. The tag in the picture clearly shows the pants are Made In China and they are Size 4X. If you look in your closet you will most likely find a lot of items made in China. I did not make these pants and I have no control of the their size chart. In the future it would benefit you to ask for the measurements before you purchase an item. Thank you.
