Hi...thank you for purchasing from our store. Sorry to inform you that when we were preparing to ship your boots, we noticed that the sole on the left boot had somehow gotten significantly damaged while in storage (maybe the heat caused it)....a large piece of the sole is cracked. Due to this, we will cancel your order and issue you a refund. We apologize again.
