aem702 I can't remove charges. I never even see that part, I don't know if you are getting free shipping or not. You have to contact and clear that up with them,again.

aem702 As far as label goes, they always send me the label. That's how I ship the item to you, with their label. I have no way of knowing if they are charging you shipping or not. I can't see that anywhere.

aem702 You definitely should contact them again and see how they are going to handle that. I wish I can do something to help, but after you make a purchase they send me a label with your address on it and that's all I can see.I have no ability or authority to change anything.
