There was a funny smell in the package so I dropped the rating because some of the items are not washable and I'm not sure how to get rid of the smell. It may have just been because everything sat in the box over the holiday weekend.

If it's the scarf that smells funny, it can be washed with a Woolite/gentle detergent on a cool-water gentle cycle in a lingerie bag, or by hand in cool water. If it is the purse, I can tell you I personally washed that a few times on. Regular warm cycle, also in a lingerie bag just to protect the strap from tangling. I hope that helps!
