bebesboutiqueva Hey darlin, so u was going through my inventory bagging pairs of shoes up and I realized I messed up and sent you one of my Navy Kelly & Katie pumps, and one of the black Life Strides. I have an offer for you, either I can send you the other black one and an envelope to return the navy one to me, or, if the navy one fits, and you want to have that pair as well, I will sell you the pair of navy shoes for $12 out of my closet and then send you the black one and the navy one.

bebesboutiqueva The Kelly & Katies are a size 11, navy patent pump, and are almost new! Just let me know when you get the two shoes I sent what you'd like you do. I'm marking the navy pair in my closet as not for sale until I hear from you. I am so, so sorry for my mix up and for sending a mismatched pair. stefanie7138 I really want the size 12 Life Strides, since size 12 always fits me, and they are lined with soft nylon tricot. When I get the shoes in the mail, if their is a mismatch, I can come down to Richmond and get the correct one, you the other. However, I read poshmark wont fully pay you until the order is correct. Are you around Midlothian Thursday/Friday so I can make a return? Do you have an email address I can reach you at?

stefanie7138 Corrected package came yesterday-May 4--8 days after you shipped. Return Package lacked postage, you sent love note not wanted. Forced to pay $7.20 extra postage, create handwritten label not sent to me by Poshmark. Incorrect, Kate/Kellies mailed same afternoon. USPS said should get it sometime Saturday 6th, Monday the 8th. I'm hurt by all this, Hope you'll get act together with future customers

bebesboutiqueva @stefanie7138 Stefanie, you should have gotten a label in your email from Poshmark to use. They directed me to send the correct shoe to you and you would send the incorrect one back to me using the Posh label they provided. That is why there was no postage on the envelope. I was trying to help by including a padded envelope you could use with the Posh label to return. I am sorry you were confused on Posh procedures.

stefanie7138 I was not confused, please--no more insults to me or other customers! I never got or never notified by Poshmark about the label. I was smart enough to mail the incorrect show back within a hour of getting the correct one, without excuses.

stefanie7138 @vendermm Yes, the rating WAS indeed called for, I the purchaser has the right to rate the buyer as seen fit, that's allowed and encouraged by Poshmark. Both Poshmark and I want buyers to have a good experience from a seller. If you dont want customers to rate you honestly as they see fit, or if you prefer to act dishonest, than maybe YOU should think twice what you sell and picture on the Poshmark site! Good day madam
