kims_gems I’ve been check tracking for your purchase. Here’s the latest - it says no access for delivery- do you know what/why? Is there someway this can be corrected so you can receive package? Or you might consider checking with your local post office.

xxsweetsashxx @kims_gems I have contacted the postal service to try for redelivery for today or tomorrow. there was no reason for their to be any issues with delivery especially since I am getting all my other mail and packages just fine

kims_gems @xxsweetsashxx - strange! I have no Idea what the Postal Service’s holdup is about. I’ve also contacted Poshmark to make them aware of situation to see if they can shed some light on whatever the problem is; and, just because they need to know what has happened with one of their deliveries. I apologize for this delay. Nothing like this has ever happened to my deliveries before. If you learn anything please let me know!

kims_gems @xxsweetsashxx - Good day! Did your earrings ever arrive? This is truly bothering me a LOT!!! I am extremely upset with the postal service. If you haven’t received them yet you need to file s claim with your local Post Office since that’s the last place tracking shows your package to be. They may have it just sitting there somewhere. I’m soooo sorry for all this mess. I wish there was something I could do to solve this situation.

kims_gems @xxsweetsashxx - I see that Poshmark listed this delivery as a lost pkg & refunded your money. Again, I don’t know what happened while the package was in the hands of the postal Srv; however, I wholeheartedly apologize. I would like to send you another pair of earrings but don’t have another pair like the ones you purchased...I have many more -most aren’t on here. Is there any particular type or color you prefer - gold or silver tone?
