Hi; I’m sorry about the entire experience with the vest. I think the only option now is to either keep it as is or to return it and get your compete refund. If you want, I can relist at lower price and reserve for you once I receive it back from you. But there is a time limit to returning, otherwise they will release payment to me. I do not communicate or make transactions off Poshmark so wanted to make clear I cannot do anything after that. Thank you

@nj20172018 at this point I’m accepting the fact I got screwed. You had my email and a partial refund shouldn’t reflect here. It was not returnable by the date since it was at the cleaners and I have been out of town. Even if I was still with in time frame of returning, I run the risk of losing jacket and money for cleaning. I thought Posh would be more professional. Clearly they are about “their” money. That’s what I get for buying second hand.

I purchased a coat you are bidding on from another seller. I reach out to say watch out for scammers. After purchasing the coat the seller indicated she was shipping it several times but never did. After nearly 2 weeks she marked the item as damaged/cancelled the transaction/stopped replying. You can see on her other purchases she has done this a handful of times. Essentially this false sale tied up over $260 of funds for over 3 weeks. Just hoping you two don’t get scammed!

@willowcreek28 no idea but posh failed to do anything so I’m pretty disappointed. When you make an offer and it’s accepted I guess funds come out immediately so I was out that money until posh processed the refund. So for over 3 weeks no coat and no access to that $.... just not taking care of buyers by not doing something about a bad seller 🤷🏻♀️

@kghere I hear you. My first experience was all bad. The comments on here are from someone selling me a new jacket that wasn’t new by any means. Posh offered me a $40 credit to keep or return it. Nothing happened to seller for basically lying and over charging for a used stinky dirty item. And she’s listed as a prime
Seller. They did nothing. Def made me gun shy of buying from others. Since there’s not much recourse or buyer protection 🙄

@o0hmaiix I have and trying to decide if to keep. The handle does indeed have the black markings on underside, there are white scuff marks on outside. The inner is of more concern. I don’t know what that gunk is. Pretty disappointing things are not disclosed prior to purchase as they should be.
