Hello, thank you for purchasing the Smartwool sweater. I dropped the package off at UPS Tuesday. I have the receipt. I will call them first thing tomorrow and find out why it isn’t showing as shipped. I am very sorry for this inconvenience, I have never had any problems with mailing items before. @arianashordy I'm sorry you are unable to accept a 4 star review, as is warranted in my honest opinion, which I gave, Your listing states "cashmere", which is incorrect, instead of "cashmere blend". I do not appreciate your veiled reprimand in the public comment section and will not be purchasing anything from you from now on in the future. I did not make a purchase here to have someone lecture me that I did not give them a 5 star review, which in this case I feel you did not deserve.
