kittykatastrope Hello, thank you for purchasing the Smartwool sweater. I dropped the package off at UPS Tuesday. I have the receipt. I will call them first thing tomorrow and find out why it isn’t showing as shipped. I am very sorry for this inconvenience, I have never had any problems with mailing items before. I do not appreciate your veiled reprimand in the public comment section and will not be purchasing anything from you from now on in the future.
