Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to look at my closet. The chambray halter dress waist has some stretch to it, it measures approximately 16.5. The length from under bust including wide waist band is 24”. The bust has a little bra like sewn into it so a bra isn’t really necessary. If you have any other questions please let me know! Cheers! @sammyjo925 There’s nothing unfair about receiving an item that was NOT accurately depicted in both your photos and description. I thought I was buying a nice quilt for my baby, but your quilt you sold was shoddily made, uneven edges, sewing wasn’t straight, and the appliqués were hand sewn on with all the sewing thread completely showing all over the back! It looks bad! So. Nothing “unfair” about the actual FACTS about what you sold me.
