bani1069 @joypeacebliss Hello, We had to return an item due to being wrong. Tried to reach out to the seller @memeestate to find out if the item we purchased was still available and have not got a responce. Is there any way of reaching out to the seller other than the comments in the listing. Thanks, @bani1069

joypeacebliss @bani1069 you should reach out to Poshmark support to let them know about the issue. You can click on your purchases list to find it and then report that you received the wrong item.

bani1069 @joypeacebliss Thanks but We are wanting to know if that item that we initially purchased is still available. We have received our refund from the first transaction after we returned the wrong item.

joypeacebliss @bani1069 okay. You can click on the seller’s name to view their listings and see if they have the item for sale. I don’t know if another way to find out. You may also want to do a general search in Poshmark to see if anyone else is selling that item.

bani1069 @joypeacebliss Yes they show up as purchased and then order was marked cancelled as of 07/07/2020 when we were refunded.

joypeacebliss @bani1069 okay. This one is tricky. Unless they list the item again it won’t be available for purchase. It’s totally up to them. Hopefully they will but if not maybe another seller will have the shoes.
