sdphilli Hi, thanks for responding to my question on the Posh Show regarding discounts.. Yesterday I had a show and a person bought multiple items and did not receive the automatic bundle discount of 10% I offer for buying 2 or more items. I had to cancel the order and create a bundle so she could get the discount. So my question is if PM automatically apply your seller discount to bundles sold in a Live Show?

eristemama @sdphilli Hey! So I don't think the seller discount on two items works during a Live show. It will bundle the shipping, but I'm pretty sure the 10% discount would only work if they purchased a bundle from your closet. If you wanted to offer discounted shipping on a Live show, the shipping discount would have to already be set on your listing in your closet when you add the item to the Live show. I hope that makes sense ☺️

sdphilli @eristemama Yes, that makes perfect sense. I do recall seeing the option to add a discount. Thank you for that information. Since I told her I correctly based on what I thought was the case, I did the cancellation and she repurchased through a bundle with the discount. Her package was just mailed. Thanks again!! If you have any shows coming up let me know and I will try to be there!!
