md202x Hi, thank you for your purchase! I apologize that the scrubs did not appear to be clean - I actually didn't wash them before sending them out, as I wanted to make sure they arrived as soon as possible. Hopefully putting them in the washing machine will take care of the issue - and in case this is cause for any further concern, I've never worn scrubs (or any other pants) without underwear =). Hope they work out for you!
