You just purchased my Michael Kors straw bag. I’m so sad to part with it as I absolutely love it but as I was packaging it up , I see there’s more damage to the strap then I realized. I haven’t used it in quite some time - you can cancel the sale no problem or I could try to fix this for you with my Shoemaker or I could ship it off to you - just let me know what you’d like to do. I uploaded the photos to the listing. I’m sorry for The confusion and thank you so much for shopping my closet!

It’s the last two photos and if you zoom in closely you can see there is wear and tear on that patent leather hoop that attaches to the gold hardware.

Im sorry you’re not happy with the red MK tote & question it’s authenticity. I personally purchased this bag for my daughter at the MK Outlet in theTanger Outlet Mall, Texas City, TX in 2014. I’ve purchased several bags at this MK location & it is still in the very same place. I understand your concern as it doesn’t have the typical MK features.

I contacted poshmark cust service I asked to send you a refund and send a return label. Once they respond with the solution plz send back my bag. Again the bag you have is not the one they sell in a small retail stores, it’s an authentic a Michael Kors, they don’t make a real leather well made Michael Kors. I have so many Michael Kors bags they are runway and lots of them made in Italy. I wish you could ask me and try to find a solution before leave a bad feedback...
