mmitc15780 Hi--On Jan 5 I bought the NIB Manolo Maysale Sz 9. After delays, they've finally been authenticated but now they are saying delivery was attempted to somewhere in CA? And that I should arrange to pick up?? That isn't my shipping address. I have no clue what to do. It has been a frustrating experience. Any help is appreciated. It is supposed to go to FL as per order #5fb66c46b69e9e98ebe059b6. Thank you in advance.

mmitc15780 @sharp47skin14 I have tried, in fact I have emailed them many times and I am not getting anywhere. They say it is in authentication, even though I was told they were cleared and shipped. Etc etc.

sharp47skin14 @mmitc15780 So, my label was made out to the Poshmark authentication. I have no idea what address you have listed. You will have to clarify that with Poshmark. I will email them as well. But, there isn’t much I can do at my end because I have no idea what address you have listed.

mmitc15780 So Authentication should have my shipping address? That is the way it works? That seems crazy. Not your fault, but this way of doing things gives you no way to help your customer. I think they may be lost forever.

sharp47skin14 All I know is for items more than $500 goes to authentication. I printed out the label and it was addressed to Poshmark, after authenticating, they pack it up and send it to the buyer.

mmitc15780 Hi--the status now says "delivered' so they delivered the shoes to the authentication address again. So now I guess their system states that I have been delivered but I haven't. I have emailed them countless times. Can you please email them as well? I guess you are awaiting payment for these? Thank you in advance.

mmitc15780 @sharp47skin14 I am just at a loss. No one in authentication will respond and when I contact support, they tell me they were delivered. But the shoes were delivered back to authentication--not to me? What do I do now? This is a $750 sale, so there must be some sort of way to fix this. Thank you, Marty

mmitc15780 @sharp47skin14 thank you and no, I did not get that email. So, how else should I contact you other than here? And at what point does your responsibility stop? My issue is that no one seems to be responsible or able to contact in authentication. That’s a huge problem.

dvorahm927 Hi! I ordered the owl sweater and it arrived a couple weeks ago but I was house sitting and didn’t have a chance to open it till now. It’s super cute but it has a hole in one of the shoulders and the listing doesn’t indicate that there’s a hole or that anything is wrong with it. It’s a significant enough hole that it can’t be worn without repairs. I’m not sure how to proceed? Please let me know how you usually handle such things. Thanks so much!
