I filed a claim with USPS. The tracking number says it was delivered but I still haven't received it. Mail theft has been occurring in my neighborhood and I will have USPS reimburse me for the missing purse. I'm sad, because I love Cambridge Satchels and am really hoping that it is still sitting on a truck. Thanks for your service though. :/
