600950 Hi - I am very disappointed with the rating you gave the leather bag you purchased from me for $20. You gave it one star and indicated the item was not as described. I take my ratings very seriously and would appreciate if you could at least let me know what the issue was. Thank you.

sparklegarden47 @600950 No it wasn't as described. You said it had one or two smudges that wasn't the case. I found quite a few marks on the bag Along with 2 dents. Also there is thread hanging from bottom of bag. On both sides of each handle there is string also hanging. So yes I gave you one star. I take my ratings very seriously as well.

sparklegarden47 @600950 First of all I was just speaking the truth after seeing the bag up close and personal. If the bag was as described I would have given it a better rating. I didn't feel I needed to contact you first. You must be clearer on describing your items that's all. No hard feelings my daughter said she will use the bag. Take care...

friendlyflyer Can you please explain why you gave me a 4 star rating instead of 5 on a brand new Torrid skirt with tag that was shipped fast? I am a top seller on posh and ratings are important . I want to improve any negative ratings so please let me know what was wrong. Thank you very much.

sparklegarden47 @friendlyflyer Hello a 4 rating is not a negative rating. It's a nice skirt but in my opinion I didn't feel it was a 5 rating. A 4 rating is a very good rating as well take care. ☺
