queensalley Sabrina, we read your review. The last thing we want at Queens Alley is unhappy customers. We had a lot to put up on Poshmark, and it's possible one of the items got mismarked. Please send us a photo of the label/size etc of the top and leave us a note at Queens Alley. We will review and of course can start reimbursement procedures if we mismarked. queensalley @kamsgranny Sabrina, I think you are right about the photos. No way to send them to me. I tried to send you my email to view the photos, but it was blocked out by Poshmark. Here' what I will do. Tomorrow I will contact Poshmark and see what we can do about reimbursement. Remember, another option is that you can also resell it in your closet. They sent me a note that they were changing email systems and to be patient. They said they would answer my email about the situation asap. We'll sort this out to your satisfaction. Best. queensalley @kamsgranny Sabrina, I did hear back from Poshmark recently. Must have gotten their computers, etc up with this new 'turnover'. I explained the situation again. I suggested a reimbursement to you but it is really their decision at this point. I suppose you will now hear from them. Again, we'll work this out to your satisfaction. kamsgranny @queensalley They are giving me a refund and possession of the garment. I don’t have to return it to you. I don’t think they understood that I was out of the country when the garment arrived at my home because they mentioned the three days. Anyway, I am satisfied with the resolution. Thanks again for your intervention.
