terrag50 @sabrinaroman just wanted to give you an update. posh instructed me to have the buyer who got the wrong item to open up a case. the item has arrived but so far she has not responded in any way. I'm reaching out to posh again to get some additional direction. hopefully this can be resolved soon. so sorry!
