smvosekas hey I so appreciate your patience! I have had a seriously tragic and devastating and hectic past couple weeks, unconveniently to you right when you ordered your bag for me! I've been meaning to get back to you because the teenager who I hired to mail out all of my packages sent me a picture of all of them and I'm just now seeing how badly packed your bag was.

smvosekas @jensang42 I'm so very sorry for the late response I am generally way better at this and I have been with you so please forgive me first! I just got back from the post office they don't have any tracking information for the tracking number I have never had a package do this before so it will be my mission today for the rest of the day to figure out what the deal is I'm so so sorry!
