civicolonl1 Has a lil scratch on the side and lipgloss outside even on bubble wrap plus smells like cotton candy I don't why because chanel lipglosses doesn't have a smell and I bought it because it says New never been open.

sadiecoop @civicolonl1 well that shouldn’t be. The bottle was never opened as I stated in the description. I noted that the tube was scratched up in the listing. I’ve never known Chanel lipgloss to smell like cotton candy either. My apologies. Everything I sell is 100% authentic and I think my reviews speak for themselves. If you’re not happy, feel free to return. From my understanding the star ratings are important to Posh and I’ve worked hard for my standing. I would never mislead shoppers.
