I am so sorry that the red necklace.was broken but you could ask for your money back. Sometimes happens that some item broken when is in transit. I know that it was In one piece when I packed because I always look the necklace and put in a new bag. When that happens you can ask for an exchange or your money back. Thank you very much. Maria.
