hazelnay @ashnicolebates Hi there. There was brown residue on the heal part of the sneakers. I reached out to Posh and asked what's their policy. They asked me to mail them to their head quarters to verify authenticity (which I never questioned). I haven't heard back from them.

ashnicolebates @hazelnay No worries copy of the receipt since I have a Sak Fifth account and they are able to pull. They asked me send the original photos as I’ve never worn them they asked me to show your note left in the item. I know they have refunded so I don’t know what going to happen there.

hazelnay @ashnicolebates I'm sorry. I didnt mean for this to happen. I had a simple question and didnt expect for this to occur. I'm happy you've recieved communication. Be cause I haven't heard a peep. This is the first I'm hearing a refund was issued. Please keep in the loop if you hear anything else.
