likewho110 Hey! I sent you some follow up comments on my page and didn’t hear back. You purchased a blue KS bag from me and it was described as a crossbody bag. When I took it out of inventory (after your purchase) I realized the chain is NOT long enough to be a crossbody. It’s an over the should or hand bag. I shipped the item just in case the lack of cross body chain doesn’t matter. It’s a very beautiful and unique bag, but please feel free to return for full refund.I so apologize for the confusion.
