sairaahmad99 @alissat0303 Hi thank you so much! I have a few questions about selling my items if you don’t mind. How does the process go once someone puts an offer on my item? Do I pay for shipping? Also, one of my items says reserved but I can’t see the user who reserved it? Thank you so much!

alissat0303 @sairaahmad99 buyers always pay for shipping. Once an item is sold, you will get an email with the postage attached. If you see an item is reserved in your closet, that means someone is in the process of buying it and are putting in credit card information etc. this usually happens when someone is new and setting up their account. You won’t see that often. 😊

alissat0303 @sairaahmad99 once you ship the item and it’s received, the buyer will mark it as delivered and your funds will be released to you. If they forget to do this, the funds will appear in four days after the PO says it was delivered.
