nattygirl143 @purrkttypurr GM, I appreciate you seeking feedback. I’m disappointed as well as I really was looking forward to this bag. However you listed the bag as new with tags and the size was smaller than stated; I asked. The stains on the inside lining clearly indicates that the bag was used and I would not have purchased this bag used. I expected a new bag as listed. I’m sorry I need to return but bag is not what was indicated and what I thought I was purchasing. I wish you well with future poshings.

I really take pride in providing the buyer with a good purchasing experience and I’m sorry this was not the case for your purchase..The bag is brand new. I purchased it directly from Nordstrom’s about 45 days ago and I still have a receipt. I purchased it from their sale rack and was unaware of any damages.

purrkttypurr I did not however turn the bag inside out. I looked inside the bag and everything appeared to be fine and since I had purchased the item directly from the store , did not think anything was wrong with the item. I’m very sorry about that.

purrkttypurr Also as far as measurements I’m not sure why, but I measured the item 3x so I was pretty confident about the sizing. I’m glad you got back to me.
