liledeglace @sakuracolette julep 800 number does not pick up so the order arrived earlier than expected and most things expire after 12 months, not the 2-4 year shelf life I was expecting:(Because I had to call my credit card company to confirm the total and that they are legally allowed to charge $5 for refunds, they’ve officially lost my business and for lip scrubs I tend to use more accessible brands such as lush or elf! Sorry for the accidental like!

I hate that the brand is unfocused and they discourage returns but adding a $5.00 fee:( at least on their site they offer FREE shipping upon spending $35, but I hate how unfocused the brand is and how hard it is to cancel especially since other more economical brands make similar products!
