natalieyarely It’s discoloration and scuffed? It’s hard to see how much of the bag got scuffed 🧐. How much lower can you go? I would need to send it out to a handbag spa which is not cheap. I just had a bag retouched because my movers dropped a box and messed it up and I didn’t noticed until later. Is there signs of wear or stains inside the bag? How are the corners? Thanks

I would have had no problem shipping you another one out. Finally, it says it was delivered to your mailbox in Philadelphia at the address on your label.

I’m sure I would of loved my item it didn’t give me the option it usually gives me where it says I didn’t receive my item I’m just frustrated because the item was suppose to go with my birthday outfit 11/10, now I have to change the whole thing and still lost out on the tights. I checked with the post office they couldn’t give me any insight
