Hi, I just bought 4 items from you and you charged me shipping costs 4 times. I read the shipping info and it says when buying more than 1 item from a seller, items can be all shipped together. This isn't right, I need this money refunded or I will cancel my purchase. Thanks

@lmari2228 I didn't charge you at all. It goes directly through Poshmark. You bought four items separately and not in a bundle, so they are considered individual purchases. You can cancel all of the orders and repurchase as a bundle if you'd like. I will not ship anything until then.

It won't let me cancel them because I did a "make an offer" purchase... :( I don't know if you can cancel them. If you can, please do and let me know. If you can't I guess this is one of those "live and learn" lessons for me...lol

Ugh...it is listing the clothes as "sold" so I can't repurchase them. Maybe it takes a bit of time for the cancel to be updated?

@lmari2228 I was reading up on it. Apparently you can't make the items available to be sold again without creating a new listing. I can create a new listing for the jeans and price it to include all four items. Like you would have spent $49 + shipping for everything before so I can list the jeans at $45 instead and just include the other 2 shirts and swimsuit in the package with them. Does that make sense?
