I’m sorry you are disappointed with your purchase. The bracelet I sold you is literally the bracelet that’s photographed. So I’m dumbfounded that there is a stone missing but I believe you. Again, I apologize for the delay in getting your item out. My son was in a motor vehicle accident which totaled his car. That was my problem and I didn’t want to list it because it’s still unacceptable. I did send some extra items as a token of appreciation for your patience.

Lastly, you’re not responsible for supporting my dogs. It costs $150-200 more every month for a dog with hip dysplasia. I do this to use my proceeds to help a dog with this disabling condition. You paid for your item. I was simply just letting you know where the proceeds are going and to let you know how much it’s appreciated.
