slapierre1 @cheryl1111 product is fine and I’m happy. 5 stars is perfection. I’ve received products wrapped nicely Packaging) with note included and extra something. Going the Extra in Customer Service would earn a 5.

envy_boutique Thank you for your three star rating. You paid $8 a pair and each was wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a USPS shoe box. Not sure what you were expecting for packaging, but we package all our items in tissue paper in USPS shoe boxes and have NEVER in thousands of ratings been told that was insufficient. WOW!

envy_boutique Please do not EVER shop our closet. You expecting “something extra” as you stated above is ridiculous. We sell thousands of items and could not possibly write a “personal note” for everyone, and frankly expecting a personal note is insane.
