I packed the item very well... and it was in the exact condition described on the listing when I sent it to you. So I was surprised to see the photos. @yvettehatfield I think you misunderstood my problem and I am sorry. I think that you did not realize the difference. The earrings are authentic. But Kate Spade made two models. The ones in your photos are much more expensive and were sold at the boutique stores. They have very long fringe hanging down. Later, Kate Spade made a shorter pair for cheaper and they were sold primarily at the outlets. They are shorter -- the fringe is shorter. Take a look at the photos.

The retail photo has earrings that have very long fringe. These sold for well over $100. The earrings sold primarily (but not totally) at the outlet store earrings have short fringe and retailed for about $58. I do apologize. Because you cut off the fringe in your photos, I thought you knew.

Over the past few weeks, I have been frustrated with sellers who list photos that are misleading. More than one item in the photo, a stock photo when a stone is missing in the item being sold, items without tags, but tags in the photos. I realized that the only way to point this out was in my rating.

I was looking for the long earrings and looked carefully at the photos, because I just bought a pair that were short with the wrong photos. AGain, I am very sorry to upset you. I truly am sorry for upsetting you. I know how awful something like that can make you feel. I checked your earrings again. They are definitely from the outlet because the OORU number is an outlet number (which is absolutely perfect and authentic) and there is no price on the UPC tag. I am truly sorry that I was so harsh in my comments. I will definitely be kinder and better next time.

I contacted PoshMark customer service, they indicated if you had a problem with the item you should have filed a problem inquiry. Since you accepted the item, there is nothing they can do. I wish you would have messaged me before you rated me a 1 Star. I’ve only received 5 Stars as a rating except one 4 star and now of course your 1 Star rating. This is my business, I’m sorry you were so disappointed in your purchase.

Now, in the future you will know how to handle a problem—that is communicating via PM customer service AND not accepting an item. After more research you are correct, there were several styles and i didn’t realize they were different sizes. I find that Poshmark is hard because you have three days from the time the item is delivered to the minute to send it back, but you must upload photos. If you are away for a couple of days or just very busy, many times a buyer is outside the return 72 hours. I am not a seller so I did not know how feedback is used (I haven't seen feedback listed anywhere). But I understand it was a mistake, and I do apologize for the harshness of my words. It was unnecessary to upset you so.

I understand exactly what you are saying. The return policy is sometimes difficult because a buyer literally has 72 hours to take photos, including photos of the packaging, in order to request a return, which then must be approved, and then like two days to ship it. If you are travelling or just very busy, you can often miss the return window. I am not familiar with how feedback is used because I am not a selling. But I truly am sorry for upsetting you. It was unnecessary and unfair of me.
