jcjones46 Hi there. Thank you for the offer on the eye cream. I found the cream, but all of my packaging material was ruined in the water leak that has forced me to clear out my workspace ... Once I find something to mail it in, I will send you an offer (everyday I get boxes from Amazon, but they are huge!) I am not declining your offer . . . just can't get it in the mail yet. thanks for your patience

jtjoy Hi Sally, this is Joyce, you ordered the teeth whitener from. I saw an email from Posh reminding me to ship out your order. I'm sorry your package didnt ship yet. I placed in the out going mail at my job. I didn't check on it b/c I never had an issue in the past. I will check first thing in the morning, if the package is still there I will take it to the post office on my lunch break. I apologize for the inconvenience, I always ship out the next day. I will be all over this issue in the am.
