Hey Sally.....I have no idea you DID NOT receive your item!!! I made sure I taped the USPS envelope securely and added extra tape for this as well and brought it to the post office myself handing it to the counter person. Was anything found in your envelope at all?

Sorry I'm.new to this! Just saw all of your msgs. I would've taken 3 darn! I know I'm not sure what happened. It wasn't in there. Very odd. It didn't seem like the opening at the top.was that big. When I.got it it was completely.flat. There was a ty letter and samples
