They are the right size but they are the same as the ones with the white soles that you sent but with a black bottom. I completely understand how easy it was to mess up on. I’m sorry you were helping with an ill relative, that’s tough. I know if my daughter is not able to fulfill orders for awhile (vacation, illness, etc.) she pauses her account. 17 days to send is crazy. If you somehow missed my order and sold them to someone else, that’s an honest mistake. But, it would be good to admit it.

tweetyberg Hello, the Fila shoes I purchased from you are way too big. You told me to go up a size on these and I did, they are more than 1 size too big. allliv Hello I've received boots. Dr Martens 1460 Bex sole The sole is almost completely torn off on one shoe. And the second shoe is also defective. You've indicated that they are as new. But these boots are generally impossible to wear and I'm not sure what can be subdued. I can send you photos.
