I meant to reach out but one of the Cole Haan shoes that you sent were the wrong ones. I’ve been traveling so I didn’t get a chance go send this. They are the right size but they are the same as the ones with the white soles that you sent but with a black bottom. I completely understand how easy it was to mess up on. This has been the most frustrating purchase I have ever made through Poshmark. I’m sorry you were helping with an ill relative, that’s tough. I know if my daughter is not able to fulfill orders for awhile (vacation, illness, etc.) she pauses her account. 17 days to send is crazy.
If you somehow missed my order and sold them to someone else, that’s an honest mistake. But, it would be good to admit it.

Hello, the Fila shoes I purchased from you are way too big. You told me to go up a size on these and I did, they are more than 1 size too big.
