cherilange Sally, I’m sorry about the loss of the sweater. I wish I could do something about it. I saw you gave me a 3 star rating. Customers on Poshmark look at those ratings to see how your clothes measure up to your details if the item. Although the loss was significant, it shouldn’t affect the rating of the item. . Would you change your rating to 5 star?
