lovedbylala Hi Sally, For returns, if you go to Poshmark Support Center — type Return in the “ask a question” section —— and Poshmark Return Policy section. They will have you submit a return claim and go from there. I will also reach out to them and let them know I am aware and in agreement with your claim.

When you submit your claim if you could send me the claim # if there is one I follow up with a msg to them stating I would rather work with you to resolve this positively for you. I wish I were an easier process but poshmark definitely has a procedure for returns and because they only pay me the $24 of the 30 + 6.79 shipping you paid, I am limited one what to do without them. lovedbylala Hi Sally, I’m real sorry I’m inundating you with comments I just wanted to let you know I sent a message over to poshmark support that I’m 100% in agreement with your claim as it is a very large cocktail ring and that I would like this resolved positively for you. Although their policy is strict I noticed they would rather work with us than against. I will stay on top of this too and can put a call over to them if we don’t hear back by Monday evening.
