designbyyilda @shortiespud Hi Sally, Thank you for responding to my message. I'm sorry for the bad experiences. Did you ever receive a message from Posh that the package was mailed? Either way if you did or didn't receive a confirmation email that the package was mailed. You need to open a case for this transaction. Go to your closet tab, then go to your purchases. Then pick that purchase. Scroll to the bottom and pick problem or inquiries tab.

For future reference you need to check a person love notes and see how consistent they are with Posh and there ratings. Also another way to check how consistent a Posher is check when was the last time an item was updated. (If they are on vacation it doesn't count) Just some hints to keep you safe.🙃

designbyyilda @shortiespud Hi Sally, Thanks for reaching out. I have had guest buy from me. I have gone to Posh in situations like this to verify the purchase. Remember if Posh approves it the sale is as safe as it can get. I have been selling on Posh over a year now and have never had a problem. Ask Posh if it is ok to send the package. You have extra days with mailing the package. Posh is great about responding and giving peace of mind. They have confirmed sales for me. Hope that helps.🙂
