apriltillberry good morning wanted to thank you for your business, and your patience. I'm not quite sure what the issue was as far as the delay in delivery. I did end up contacting the post office and making a complaint due to the fact that you at the consumer I paid for priority delivery and the post office failed to do that. lpdot I’m so sorry u gave me such a low rating on the Coach purse u recently purchased from me. I just started listing on Poshmark this year and I’m still learning the basics. I try to make sure my descriptions are as precise as I can get but I guess I overlooked that imperfection. Just wanted u to no that wasn’t intentional. I’m sorry.

sally_anderson @lpdot I understand. Just be mindful in the future to make sure to list imperfections, i.e. tears, frayings, etc so the purchaser gets exactly what was described. No surprises.
