joiabela Hello Sally. I’m so sorry I shipped the wrong item. I had immediately realized it and let Poshmark know. They should have contacted you to let you know how to return the incorrect item so I can send you the correct one. I’m very sorry about the confusion.

joiabela Hi Sally, Thank you, I received the returned item today. In order to sell you the "correct" item, I had to relist it. So no one else would purchase it, I listed it high. If you will go to my closet and offer $11 for the cleanser, I'll accept your offer and get it in the mail first thing. I will also include some goodies for being so nice about all this! Thanks!
