luxiqueboutique hi I'm willing to accept the lower offer but will not have the money to put towards the repair at that offer amount. so let me know if u want it for $130 as is. I will sell it to you for that amount. if you want me to replace the wheels I need to get $150 on offer amount

luxiqueboutique I had to go ahead and decline the offer because it's based on me replacing the wheels and Its not financially feasible for me with that low of an offer. in addiy, I have to pay $22 to upgrade the label to ship

luxiqueboutique @otogrphdog good luck with your search for a tumi bag, keep in mind when you are offering such low offers that other sellers spent nearly 750- 1k for the luggage bag that your only offer $130 for. it would probably help u to know the costs of things your interested in buying so you can make more fair and reasonable offers.
