gmt_1990 Hi. I have received the Sol Sana Bass boots. You descibed them as size 8, but they are size 38 as marked on the actual boots I received. I just can't wear them because they are 1 size down from your description. I don't know how does this poshmark work as they didn't email me any pre paid return label. Do you have a solution to this? gmt_1990 @bindaas55 you can easliy find online that size38 is us size 7. In a case that size 38can be either US 8 or US 7, I would just post it as size38 instead.

gmt_1990 @bindaas55 l usually wear US size 8 or EU size 39. You know that shoes can be a bit larger, but they can't be smaller. I can't wear the boots. Yes I have emailed them. They havent replyed yet. Do you know if there is another way that I can contact them besides emailing them?

bindaas55 @gmt_1990 poshmark paid me 40 for the boots. So if i personally refund you, that’s all I can refund. You will have to pay for shipping out of pocket. Unless poshmark refunds you, then they pay for shipping and the total cost you paid for the boots
