salome_depp @sandychick4 Hi Sandy, I’ve never had any issues with them and love buying from them. I’ve even had items go to poshmark authentication and purchased even a Chanel bag from them. I would suggest to keep messaging her or ask her when she is live because I’m not sure why that would happen. I’m sorry:/
