Hi I’m so sorry but the Vans that you purchased are a size 10.5 and not a 11. Size 11 is my normal size and they fit me perfectly. I listed the shoes while I was at work just thinking they were a 11 (my normal size) but I guess at the time of purchase I decided to go with the 10.5 for a better fit. Let me know how you would like to proceed. My apology again.
