starwindgallery Hey Sam. Man my sincerest apologies. I always double check orders once they are packed , labelled and in my mail truck for shipment. The north face Crestone backpack you ordered appears to have been damaged when it was machine washed before it went to you. I’m really sorry for the oversight and hoping your not too bummed.
