rosewardrobe Hi Sam, I saw your recent rating on the boots you bought regarding cleanliness. I just wanted to follow up and apologize , because these weren't packed and shipped by me but by my relative whom I sold them on the behalf of. If it were me I would have cleaned them immaculately. My relative is a low vision individual and I'm thinking that might be why they neglected to make sure the boots were clean. Feel free to delete this - didn't know how else to communicate with you on this platform.
