c_alvarez13 It looks as though it was lost by the post office. I saw the message from Poshmark being late, but I was hopeful it would eventually arrive. I will put in message to Poshmark to request a credit and hopefully shows up anyway.

c_alvarez13 @livotarkmas This is what I sent: We waited and it never arrived on the 14th. The tracking finally stated delivered, but the customer Samantha K. @livotarkmas just received a "we care" letter and an empty envelope (no sweater inside). Can we please send her a credit for order # 65b857257b2db636e282c49f and an additional coupon for her loss. She was so disappointed and I felt really bad that just an empty envelope showed up. I appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

I would ping them for a credit- go to: The person icon at the bottom right of the app. Scroll down to “My Purchases”- then click on the picture of the sweater pic- then scroll down to “problems/order inquiry”- then choose from the options provided.
