terri3594 Hi. I keep checking the tracking on your bag,it says it’s still in transit. 🤷‍♀️ I cannot believe how long this is taking. I took it to the p.o. on Jan. 4th!!! 😡 I have 3 other packages out there in limbo,”still in transit”,1 of which was shipped on Dec. 21st!!!!! Let’s hope they straighten their 💩 out soon......

slcatlett @terri3594 no I sent them an email and they told me to file a claim for the item but that was from my local post office not the last scanned place which is CT

slcatlett @terri3594 okay so i called the usps customer care line and she re opened a case and sent it to the facility in CT where it was last scanned. for some reason my initial email went to my local post office and obvi they don't know anything because they haven't gotten the package yet. she did said it does not look to be lost or damage, they are just delayed and behind. so hopefully by tuesday i'll hear something or it will be back enroute
