chynnagrove @sameggtha Hi Samantha, Thank you for purchasing the Kitti Quay Shades. I'm shipping it tomorrow. Just a heads-up: the smallest box I have is a SHOE box! So I packed a lot of tissue & other stuff to keep them safe. They're in packaging that I put in a ziplock baggie- so when u open it look for a baggie & thank u note!!! 💟. Tracy

chynnagrove @sameggtha Hi Samantha, I went to PO this morning to drop package. That was almost 15 hrs. ago. Finally I got home unpacking my stuff & I see I still have your package. OMG so frustrating. I must've grabbed it with other stuff my mistake. I'm 😐 sorry. I can ship it Tomm ( well - today- it's 4am) Thursday. If u don't mind waiting. If I sent the wrong item I'm happy to refund you- you can return them to me ( I'll pay for shipping of course). Or if it was the wrong shade perhaps the one I have is the correct one. sameggtha @chynnagrove they look just like the quay kitti glasses but they’re shiny kardashian collection sunglasses in the quay case. I expected the matte black ones, i tried to ask for the return on the webpage but it wouldn’t let me when I tried. I’m sorry for being difficult :(

chynnagrove @sameggtha Hi, They say QUAY right on the glasses. Look at the inside of the part that goes around your ears. I am truly sure I never bought Kardashian products ( not a fan). The photos on the listing are of the glasses themselves. I just wish you'd have reached out to me personally rather than leave a bad review. I understand your frustration & u don't know me. But u can see i care. Can u take a pic of the glasses & show them to me? Thanks

chynnagrove @sameggtha I wonder why Posh would not let you return them. I'm thinking- did u accept the order within 3 days? Cause after that Posh releases the money to the seller. Or if you're unhappy you can take photos & show Posh what the problem is. Please get back to me

chynnagrove @sameggtha Hi again, I googled the KK glasses & they are very similar except the logo on the sides are clearly different. Take that pic of them & send to me please cause this is strange indeed!
