mahlongshetley Hey, Samantha! The black dress that you bought from me on May 21, 2018 has been shipped. It said that you cancelled the order this morning on May 29, 2018. The dress has already been taken to the post office yesterday on May 28, 2018.

srich2015 @mahlongshetley hi!! So sorry about the confusion, I was not aware the dress had shipped. I’ve reached out to support to help with this issue as I’ve never had this happen before. Maybe they can change the status or advise how to cancel the refund etc. will keep you updated
